Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at waterpunch126b@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at waterpunch126b@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging when possible.

If your tracking information shows that your package has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us within 7 days so we can review the issue with the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.

We will review lost or damaged shipment claims and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
